At Hattingley Valley we specialise in producing Sparkling Wines. We use the traditional method for making our wines. A key element of our style is the subtle use of oak barrels to ferment a small proportion of the wines each year as well as ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks. This softens the wines before they go into bottles for the second fermentation. Read on to discover more about our current range.
Owners, Simon and Nicola Robinson, support the staff they employ by investing in growing their knowledge and education. Our vineyard team manages over 24 hectares (60 acres) of vines across two well-situated sites. We also receive grapes from selected vineyards across Southern England and believe Hattingley Valley is currently the largest contract maker of Sparkling Wine in England.
