At Hattingley Valley we aim to process and ship your wine the same day if your order is placed before 10 am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- We ship parcels up to two bottles through Royal Mail Tracked 48 (please allow 2-3 days).
- For orders over two bottles, we use either DHL or APC 24-hour weekday service. Please note the 24-hour is a target and may be extended during high volume periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
- With all services, you will be updated directly via Royal Mail / APC / DHL.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer Saturday or Bank Holiday deliveries.
- Should you have any delivery instructions, please add these to the ‘Order Note’ section in your shopping cart.
- Any personalised bottle orders will be dispatched by a third party and will be charged at £9.50. This service is with Royal Mail tracked 24-service and will need to be signed for by someone who is over 18.
- All other deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of £4.50 for all orders up to the value of £69.99.
- Free Delivery will apply to all orders over £70.00 for UK Mainland and exclude the Scottish Highlands (AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH) and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. Free shipping is not valid on personalised bottle orders.
